It’s so wonderful to go to the garden – this is the most exciting time – new little sprouts seemingly by the moment. First I checked the veggie box I planted a few days ago. I noticed that it was a bit hard to decide what was a sprout verses a weed. How is it those pesky weeds grow so fast?
It can be hard to tell the weed from the sprout!
However some of the sprouts even I could find:
Swiss Chard Sprout hard to miss!
Even I can't mistake a sprout if it leads to the sign!
Aragula amazing! Can it really grow this fast?
I checked the berry box too – lots of fun things to see there:
First Blueberries! Can't Wait!
Thriving Strawberries - and see the Spider's Web in dew!
A walk around the garden paths yielded more nice surprises and developments:
First blossoms on the Asian Apple
Maybe our "self-fertilizing" Bing will have cherries this year! Hope so!
New Apple budding on our hybrid grafted apple tree!
No evidence that Mr. and Mrs. Kiwi have actually met yet!
Our wonderful, super athletic, agile Leonberger dog atop one of his watchful posts!
Close-up of our Leonberger dog. He's WONDERFUL!
One of our garden paths - leading to a Jasmin laden trellis. Along this path are the bing cherry and a second apple tree, as well as an abundant hybrid/multi-grafted ctirus. So peaceful! I love it here!
